Key Responsibilities:
- Handling the process of end-to-end recruitment.
- Post, update, and remove job ads from social networks.
- Open new streams to find ideal candidates for new roles.
- Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews.
- Evaluate the candidates' skills based on key responsibility areas and provide feedback.
- Strategize with the team on enhancing the recruitment experience and processes.
- Motivate the team through the planning of team events.
Basic Qualifications and Eligibility conditions:
- Available immediately to start with the internship position.
- Available for 1 month for certification tenure
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the field of Employer Branding is preferred.
- Structure oriented – finds ways to increase effectiveness through better processes.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, always variable environment.
- Self-starter – motivated to find solutions, propose new ideas, and always optimize.

Step 3: Tasks related information
- You have to hire interns for any of these 3 core internships:
i. Campus Ambassador Internship
ii. Social Ambassador Internship
iii. Social Media Outreach Internship
- You have to use, preferably your Linkedin network, or any other network as may seem suitable to you. You can post internships, receive applications, schedule and conduct interviews, do hirings according to proper assessments.
- While hiring any interns, make sure that the intern you hire must register on the Commondove app using your invite code on the Commondove App(otherwise that intern hiring would not get counted in your recruitments)
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - for certification and LOR
Level I: Eligibility for Certification
- 10 recruitments in any of the 3 core internships as mentioned above, in 1 months time from the start of your internship
Level II: ELIGIBILITY FOR LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION (Optional)
- 30 recruitments in any of the 3 core internships as mentioned above, in 3 months time from the start of your internship

After this submission, it will be verified whether you have successfully done your work satisfying the minimum requirements and certificate will be issued thereon. In case you miss any of the requirements, you will be informed about it and then you can complete the remaining part and then get certified in the same manner.
